Walker & Associates Dental & Implant Clinic takes pride in our trusted partnerships with local dentists in our referral network, complementing your existing dental services and broadening the range of treatments for your patients.

Our highly skilled clinicians have been seeing referred patients for many years. We are experienced at managing these relationships, so you can be assured that we will only treat your patients for the issue that has been referred to us.

Refer a patient

To refer a patient, simply complete and submit a referral form.

After reviewing, we will contact the patient to introduce ourselves and book them in. You will be kept fully updated on progress throughout.

How the referral process works

Regrettably, our NHS services ended on 30th September 2023. We explored all available options to carry on providing NHS services, but unfortunately these were exhausted, and we had no alternative but to hand back our contract and stop providing NHS services as of 30th September 2023. If you would like to find a new practice that accepts NHS patients, you can use the NHS find a dentist service.
