What if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to someone waiting for treatment. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments. |
Are you taking on new patients?
Yes – we are always happy to see new patients on a private basis. Many of our new patients are referred to us by our existing ones – if you have been referred by one of our patients please do let us know so we can thank them. |
| Do you have a policy for NHS patients? |
| In an attempt to be fair to all our NHS patients we may not be able to
provide further NHS treatment for those patients who do not maintain their regular appointments or who fail to return for the recommended treatment
required to achieve dental fitness/health as advised by the Dentists. |
| It is practice policy to withdrawn the NHS dental service for any patient
who fails to attend 2 NHS dental appointments. Please let us know if you
can not attend your appointment so we can offer the time to someone else.
|
|
The practice cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide NHS dental
care indefinitely. However, we will endeavour to offer alternative options. |
What should I do in an emergency?
